Near Sacramento California a lucky home owner can land a private plane at a private airport taxi down the runway, taxi out on to the street, into the neighboorhood and finally pull the airplane into a garage attached to his home!

This is not a future dream, it goes on every day at Cameron Airpark. (Located approx. Lat: 38-41-02.653N / Long: 120-59-13.791W) It has been called a pilot's dream community.

Cameron Airpark is 25 miles from Sacramento in the Sierra Nevada foothills and an hours drive from Tahoe. On the streets, airplanes have the right of way and all the street signs and mailboxes are only three feet high so the wings of taxiing planes can clear them.
