This database has logged 2781 listings for the 1990s, 58% more than the decade of the 1980s (1759). The most outstanding flap was on 05NOV90 when a meteor, a soviet rocket re-entry and some truly strange UFOs combined to create near complete confusion in France. In comparison with the 1980s, Canadian sightings almost quadrupled. British Columbia becomes quite active, and sightings extend far North to Yukon and the NW Territories. Even Sasketchewan has 5 reports, while Nebraska, USA has none at all so far. New groupings appear in Missouri, Colorado, West Virginia, SE Wisconsin, the Minneapolis, MN region, around Phoenix, and southern Nevada. Comparethis map with the 1980s .
