9th Annual SAMMIE Awards (2000)

We had a great time at the Sacramento Area Music Awards, "the SAMMIES". The Crest theatre sold out, and the mayor of Sacramento declared March 22nd SAMMIE day on the local TV news. Here are some of our pics.

This fun event was also a benefit for the WIND Youth Center which provides transitional living and substance abuse services for homeless adolescents.

This non-denominational, nonprofit agency serves Sacramento homeless youth at the WIND Youth Center and permanent a shelter, offering: counseling, alternatives to street lifestyle choices, access to tutoring for GED completion, and transition housing. (916) 443-8333.
