Luna's Cafe 1414 - 16th St. Sacramento, CA (916) 441.3931 |
This was an All Ages show with Satellite, Gordon Hanley's band. Due to the rain, spring break, and the fact that we didn't get this one announced on the radio or the News & Review Entertainment calendar, we had a nice intimate crowd! We took the chance to experiment a bit and along with an appreciative audience we had a blast! |
Wednesday |
Strings Acoustic Showcase San Francisco, CA. 7:30 PM. |
Strings is a private club. (You must call 510 653-5700 and request to be in audience.) Other's who have played here include Tracy Chapman, Sean Mullens & Paul McCartney's guitar player. Small comfortable room with great acoustics! There is a hot tub for the musicians, but it wasn't working this night... Great crowd (which included many musicians)! We played with Wendy DeMos & Barbara from Canada. Xeno stayed after the gig and jammed with the owner, Joey (an amazing guitar player.) |

This show was a little different. The inflatable walruses didn't fall from the trap doors on cue and this caused a great mix up during the tuba solo. With guests Dance the Moon. |
